The World of Disney

"Disneyland is a work of love. We didn't go into Disneyland just with the idea of making money." -Walt Disney

One of the best vacations I have ever taken with my family is Disneyland. You can't go to Disneyland and be unhappy its IMPOSSIBLE. My family is the perfect family to go to Disneyland with because we don't care if you don't like rides...you're going on because my dad can pick you up!! The first thing we usually do when we arrive is go to California Adventure and run to Soarin'. If you don't know what that is, you should Google it because you are missing out! Then after that its Tower of Terror, never heard of it? My family does not approve of you :). We pretty much go crazy after that and it is sooooo much fun! Meeting characters is a biggie on our part even though we kinda just pass by and say "aw how cute" because the line is SO long its crazy, but this year we actually got around to it. I would like to share some photos of what a great vacation Disneyland is for us and it shows the L-O-V-E we have for each other.

The castle is the one thing we ALWAYS take a picture with and its pretty amazing how many little girls' jaws drop at the sight of it. It's pretty amazing and I remember the first time I saw that castle and it has not change since then. I'm glad it hasn't.

The famous Dumbo ride, always a favorite.

Parents got the bug eyes, I don't recommend seeing "A Bug's Life"

Samantha with gold Mickey Mouse, aaaaaahhhhhhh!

And its Dumboooooooooo!

Tom Sayer's Island! So much fun! :D

Space Mountain! One of the favorites!!

Good ol' Walt Disney, gotta love that man <3

Thunder Mountain, Sam's favorite. It's awesome.

Gotta love Tower of Terror!

Parents can't do the moving tea cups :P

We still do because we are young! haha!

Be jealous that we are Native Americans and you aint'!

We got a little goofy :)

California Screamin'. I think we're scream :D

Space mountain!!!

Bear Rock Waterfall!

Idiana Jones!!

Well thats the end of the vacatio, I hope you had fun! I know I did. Looking at these pictures was like going there again. If you haven't gone to Disneyland I recommend it STRONGLY.

The end.

The Grandparents

What children need most are the essentials that grandparents provide in abundance. They give unconditional love, kindness, patience, humor, comfort, lessons in life. And, most importantly, cookies.

Grandma Beverly and Grandpa Dennis

These two right here are the absolute best when it comes to spoiling me. My grand-parents are so lovable and so caring for us. They give us all the chocolate pie and ice cream we want. My grandma simply lives to see us smile and see our belly's get 10 pant sizes bigger. My grandpa may not say much but to me he says a lot. Too me he says you can get through anything, you can survive what you set your mind to, you can achieve anything with what you have. He shows me that by getting up and wanting to drive with his whole left side paralyzed and ignoring anyone who tells him that he can't do it, even grandma. My grandma shows me how to really care for people, how to show everyone that you can still be the same person you have always been even with hurt knees. She still runs around that kitchen like she is in a marathon and it surprises me actually. I am surprised at what these two can do and what they have done. I hope to be with them for a long time. I love you Grandma and Grandpa!

Grandma Vicki

This lady right here is my crazy grandma, but in a good way. You would never know that she is 62! My grandma Vicki is not afraid to tell a waiter that he is moving slow or yell at someone to walk slower. I think I know where my dad gets it from, but it's something I love about her. She knows what she wants and she goes for it and she works for it. She also knows how to spoil me, I admit that with pride. Every time I come up and see her I get excited of what she is going to do next. She tells us the truth about what to look forward to in life and she tells us her stories, which drives me to work harder. She is intelligent and very energetic and I love it. She rides roller coasters like she's 15 and dances like she's 2. I couldn't imagine having a better grandma then her, one who can drink you under the table too. I love you Grandma Vicki!

Samantha Lynn

I'm smiling because you're my sister, I'm laughing because there is nothing you can do about it!

So my sister is my best friend and the cause of my pimples. We can't get away from each other, so we fight out of boredom. I compete with her on a daily basis, I'm stronger than her she's taller than me, that's how it works. My sister is extremely intelligent and a big dork. She reminds me of my mom because she doesn't care what she does or who is looking, she just has fun. My sister works hard at everything that is thrown at her even if she thinks she can't do it, she still does. Everything that she works for she earns in some way or another. She is a double threat in sports, basketball and soccer. We share the same passion for the soccer ball. She loves to dress up and fool around with her friends, which makes her...herself. I love my sister and I love the good times that we share and there are more to come in the future even if it means me having to drive her to soccer practice. I will support my little sister through thick and thin no matter what the situation. Even when we fight, in the end all I want to do is sit down and play Mario Kart Wii. Even though most of the time I don't understand why she does some things, it always seems to work out for her in the end. It is hard for me to watch her grow up because I have always seen her as my little sister listening to everything I tell her and believing it. Soon she will be in Junior High and as soon as she graduates so will I. I don't even want to think about her wearing make-up! Well no matter how old she is she will always be my little sister. I love you Samantha!

The parents.

To understand your parents you must raise children yourself.

My mother.

My mom is the most energetic, determined, lovable human being in the world. She supports me through thick and thin and is always on my side even when I'm not. She brings the fun to the room and lightens everyones day up. She is 44 years old, but acts like she is 21. I couldn't be more grateful for my mom because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be where I am. She pushes me to do better and yells at me to bring my P.E. clothes every week, even though I don't. She has taught me to be a better person and I realized I wanted to be more like her. She knows how to be fun, but she also knows how to discipline my sister and I, which is the reason Nanny 911 hasn't come knocking on our door. I love my mom with all my heart and she deserves everything she gets. She works hard in life and still continues to look the way she does. She has always told me that it is OK to make a mistake, but to never let it stop you from going for what you want. She always tells me I'm beautiful even when I have pimples all over my face and my hair doesn't even look like it should be on my head. Mother's are for help, support, and love, but my mom is so much more that it is impossible to list it down. I love you Mom.

My Father.
My dad is the biggest character you will ever meet, 100% guaranteed. He is my biggest inspiration to achieve my goals and to not let anyone get in my way. He knows how to make me laugh and cry, or both at the same time. My dad knows how to be serious when needed and knows how to just let loose. He gives me the gift of humor and strength. His job is what scares me the most, having to go into fires to save people or even perform CPR on someone, though I rarely see him sometimes I know he's helping this family stay where we are and he is saving someones life. My dad is extremely athletic and loves sports just like me. He use to play football and rugby, two very brutal sports. My dad works for everything that he earns and deserves every bit of it. Even though I push him in the pool a few times he still is Ironman. He is also a Native American and loves to talk about Columbus stealing our land, which I totally agree. I like to compete with him on almost everything because it's funny when I beat him. My dad is the most caring, lovable dad on Earth that I can't imagine what it's like not having him as my dad. I love you Dad!
